Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at jaelbylindsay@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Contact us at jaelbylindsay@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
